The theme of the 2024 NV STEAM Conference is "Healthy People, Places, and Environments." The conference will be presented virtually, beginning with a keynote on Wednesday, March 13 and followed by an additional keynote and breakout workshops on Saturday, March 16, 2024.

 

  • Registration for K-12 educators is always FREE due to the generosity of our sponsors
  • Nevada Educators can obtain 5.5 hours of continuing education approved by the Department of Education for participation
     

ABOUT THE NV STEAM CONFERENCE

 

The Nevada Museum of Art, in partnership with the Desert Research Institute, hosts an annual  statewide conference serving Nevada’s PreK-12 educators exploring the possibilities and promise of STEAM education.

 

The 2024 NV STEAM Conference will be presented virtually, hosting some 600 educators from across the Silver State. The NV STEAM Conference is a statewide event that explores ideas and educational strategies to incorporate STEAM, design-based thinking, and arts integration in classroom practices that foster student creativity and innovative problem solving.

 

The NV STEAM Conference inspires educational innovation through engaging workshops and nationally recognized keynote speakers.
