As creative people, you and your students hold within you the ability to change the world—from improving one person’s life to solving global problems. In this workshop with Kennedy Center Teaching Artist Mimi Herman, you will create an invention—realistic or imaginary—to solve the problem that matters most to you and make the world a better place.
Using Mimi’s “Doggy Bag Principle,” you’ll find that the activities you explore in this hands-on online workshop can be used immediately in your classroom in any area of the curriculum.
