Sean is the founder of Focus 5, Inc., a national arts education consulting company, and author of the book, Acting Right: Building a Cooperative, Collaborative, Creative Classroom Community Through Drama. He holds a BFA degree in acting, studied acting in London, England, and worked professionally as an actor for over a decade. Sean has consulted in the field of arts integration for more than 30 years. He leads residencies for students K-8, presents workshops for teachers, and has designed training seminars for teaching artists nationwide for the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and is also an arts coach for their Changing Education Through the Arts program. Most recently, Sean and the Focus 5 team have developed an online learning platform which hosts over twenty arts-integrated professional learning courses for educators and virtual artist-in-residency programs for students.
